1.HOW TO ENTER: This sweepstakes begins at 12:00 a.m., EST on 2/1/2012 and ends at 11:59 p.m., EST on February 29th, 2012. The official entry form is available at www.poconorecord.com/familyfun. Entrants are required to fill out the entry form in its entirety, which may include; name, age, address, phone number, and e-mail address. No mechanical reproductions or automated entries permitted. Sponsor is not responsible for late, lost, misdirected, or ineligible entries that are not timely received or are lost due to computer or electronic malfunction or other error. All entries become property of Sponsor and will not be returned. Entries will be compiled throughout the sweepstakes and eligible for the entire sweepstakes period.

2.ELIGIBILITY: Open to legal residents residing within 50 miles of Pocono Mountains Media Group, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry, or if under 18 have adult guardian permission, and who already have access to the internet as of the date the sweepstakes is first advertised. Void where prohibited by law. Employees (including immediate family members and/or those living in the same household of each) of Sponsor and its affiliates and subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies and prize suppliers are not eligible. This sweepstakes is subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws. The laws of the United States govern this promotion.

3.PRIZE: Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries and (2) winners will be drawn. The (2) winners will be contacted by email or phone on March 2, 2012. Winners must respond within 24 hours of contact to claim their prize. Each winner must pick up their prize in person at the closest media group location and show photo identification. Each of (2) winners will receive a 12 month family membership package to the YMCA located at 809 Main St Stroudsburg, PA 18360 (570) 421-2525, and will be randomly selected from all eligible entries during the sweepstakes period. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries. ALL TAXES ASSOCIATED WITH THE RECEIPT OR USE OF ANY PRIZE ARE THE SOLE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE WINNER. The potential winner forfeits the prize if not claimed within 24 hours of first attempted notification, whether notification is by e-mail, regular mail or telephone, or, if after reasonable attempts are made, notification is unsuccessful. In such event, the prize will be forfeited. Prize is not transferable, except at discretion of Sponsor. No substitution of prize by winner, but in the event of unavailability, Sponsor will substitute a prize of approximately equal value; provided that the retail value of the prize will not exceed the value of the prize that the winner was selected to win. The prize is awarded WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND from Sponsor, express or implied, without limitation. Sponsor limits winning of prizes to once every six months. Entrants agree to be bound by the terms of these official rules and by the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding on all matters pertaining to this sweepstakes.

4.REQUIRED DOCUMENTS: Potential prize recipients may be required to sign and return an Affirmation of Eligibility and Liability and Publicity Release within 24 hours following the date of first attempted notification. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of prize and award to an alternate winner.

5.CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION: Acceptance of a prize constitutes permission for Sponsor to use winner’s name and likeness for advertising and promotional purposes without additional compensation, unless prohibited by law. 6.LIMITATION OF LIABILITY. The invalidity or unenforceability of any provision of these rules shall not affect the invalidity or unenforceability of any other provision. In the event that any such provision is determined to be invalid or otherwise unenforceable, these rules shall be construed in accordance with their terms as if the invalid or unenforceable provision was not contained therein.

Sponsor assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communication line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or alteration of, entries.
